Dentures are the most affordable and simplest solution for restorative dentistry. We will take impressions of your natural teeth, x-ray your bone structure and create a denture – either complete or partial – that will replace your missing teeth.

Depending on the type of dentures we determine are best for you, the permanent dentures will require up to 12 weeks of healing before the gum tissue has healed from the extractions of your natural teeth.

Full & Complete Dentures

Complete dentures, as the name implies, are a full complement of replacement teeth in one piece. These may be immediate dentures that can be installed immediately after the natural teeth have been removed; or they can be conventional dentures. In the case of conventional dentures, there will be a wait of several weeks as the tissue heals before the dentures can be put in.

Immediate dentures will require several fittings as the gum tissue and bone have a tendency to shrink over time, so the initial set of dentures will need to be continually altered. This is usually only a temporary solution until a conventional set can be made for permanent use.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures are used in cases where the patient has at least two natural teeth that can be used to anchor the dentures. These consist of a plastic base and metal framework that are held in place by crowns at either end that are made to fit the anchor teeth.
